Hi guys,

I'm new here, yesterday while driving on the highway, My car a 1995 accord suddenly lost power, I pressed gas and nothing then just stalled as I pulled over, it wouldn't start again but cranks, and everything works. please help as I need to get my accord back on the road and I love the darn thing. thanx in advance for any help, great site.

Hi, i'm new here. I think that your EGR or there is a vaccum leak that why your car does that. When you crank and it does not start maybe it your battery. You should check if your car battery is still good.

First make sure you have gasoline in the gas tank. ( many people panic right away and forget to check the simplest things) get a gas container and put a couple of gallons to the car (do not rely on the Gas gauge)

2. If it doesnt start call AAA and tow it to the nearest garage.

Cranks but does not start is the classic ingnition coil weak and needs to be replaced, you can take it out and have a resistence test performed on it at your local AutoZone or Advance parts store...
