Same type of questions - 8/31/2004 9:51:09 PM    maxst2   Posts: 33 Joined: 8/26/2004 Status: offline This has happened to me and took awhile to figure out- searches on web and talking to a few mechanic buddies. Driving down the road and EVERYTHING turns on and off...then is fine again. Then it doesnt do it again for a few weeks. You go and start car..it starts, but then dies once you move key back to "on" Whats wrong? Post #: 1

The copper connections inside melt and corrode away. Its a big problem in the 94-98 cars i've read. Total cost if you DIY it, about $60. Dremel is required to cut slots in break-away bolts. Seems as tho the newer Hondas get to many newer problems than us who own the OLDER Ones.
