Hey...has anyone installed headers into their 7th gen Accords? If so, how much torque did you lose and did the car's accel. became more sluggish? Its 0-60 time is pretty...well bad. I think its about 8 for stock. And er....headers are on top of the engine block right? Or is it on the bottom?

OBX Type R Headers: $197

Tsudo N1 Extreme Catback: 228.02...any opinions on this catback?

OBX EVO Exhaust: 55 Or...instead of the Catback should I just get the OBX EVO Exhaust muffler?

A four cylinder has one exhaust header, a V engine will have two headerS. I have one on mine, there's no loss of power anywhere. It's all positive.

No sluggishness? I mean, there has to be a small dip in low-end torque, but one is rewarded at 3000-4000 RPM. the aftermarket headers are stainless steel, slightly thinner than the stock headers. And did you DIY it or did you take it to an auto body shop?

Anyways, yeah, the headers are on top of the engine block covered by an unlabelled heat shield. Good ol' Honda.

Opinions on the catback or OBX muffler?

Not to repeat myself but  there's no loss of power anywhere. It's all positive.  Sorry no clue on the muffler or OBX, mine is DC Sports in stainless not ceramic coated.

The OBX Type R are stainless steel too. :)

Any noticeable gains?

Nothing drastic since the remainder of the exhaust system is still stock. What I noticed immediately was a smoothness and willingness to rev that was not there before. It takes some concentration not to bump the rev limiter in first and second.  Standing on it in 1st just breaks the left front tire loose now. 2nd and 3rd gear scratch are childs play and there is torque steer in 1st and 2nd. It's been on for a few years now and I'm so used to it I don't even think about it anymore. Other enhancements have been done as well.
