I have an Automatic Transmission, when I put it on reverse it shakes BADLY and now lately it shakes when I stop at a light and then it goes away when the car warms up. How much is the repair and what is it? anything I can tighten or loosen myself?

I think you're looking at around $300-$350 for motor mounts.  I hope you can get it cheaper buying aftermarket parts.

Without proper garage equipment - very unlikely you can do it yourself.

I would try idling the car up a little bit. Those model accords are bad about doing shaking like that.
