hey i am new on here and i am looking for a cheap but effective intake for a 4cyl. 2002 accord two door

Ebay for a Bomz brand intake usually you can find them for about $40.00 shipped for a short ram intake, then down the road just swap out the filter for an AEM or K&N....

CAI is going to be the most effective for providing power, it adds like 1 or maybe 2 hp more than a SRI but with that not only are they more expensive but you run the risk of hydrolocking your motor if you don't have a bypass valve... long story short, CAI gives you the most power, SRI gives you the least amount of risk
