Very good that it is running well except for that small problem.  Did it hiccup occasionally before the work you did to it?  Does it hiccup both when the engine is cold and also when it is hot?

Just a suggestion - are the rotor, cap and plug wires original to the car?  If so, when you had to pull the wires off the plugs, you may have inadvertently damaged one of them.

Tony,
Everything is brand new, Rotor, Cap, wires, plugs.
I have replaced the fast idle valve and cleaned the throttle body and replaced the gasket , also cleaned the EGR and replaced the gasket.
Frickin hick up continues
Only when it is warm , idling

So it does not hiccup when it's cold - only when hot.

Did it hiccup before you did all your work and replaced all those parts?  If not, I'd first suspect one of the new parts is faulty.

How did the old plugs look when you removed them - normal color for them all?

A bad plug can sometimes work very well cold, but occasionally misfire when it's hot, and, although it is pretty rare, sometimes a new plug will be faulty and do that.

If I were you, if there was no hiccup before the job, I'd first put the old cap, rotor, and plug wire harness back on the car. Start the car. If the hiccup is still there, do you still have any of your old plugs, or a spare new one?   If so, replace one plug, start the car, and see if it still hiccups.  If it does, repeat for all four plugs.

If after doing that the car still hiccups, then I'd start to suspect that the valve adjustment may not be quite right, but in that case, I would expect a continuous problem, rather than in intermittent one.

Let us know how you make out.

Oh well, I have to take that back, the hick up happens when it is hot and cold , just tried it tonight.
Just a piece of info I forgot to add, I have removed the distributor to replace the O ring.
Tomorrow I will set the engine to TDC and check the distributor to make sure it is pointing to cylinder number One.
Ok , I edited this post
I checked the Timing this afternoon and it is Perfect.
filled up her tank with premium  $3.15 per gallon  Dang !!
But the hick up still goes on...
I got a Set of Denso , I might buy a set of NGKs and try them out. Also I could not find the test terminal to hook up a Tach...
Oh Well...

I FIXED IT !!!!!!!!!!!
The hick up problem was  spark plug gaps. I mistakenly gapped it , it was too small of a gap.
I re gapped it to .043 and it runs like a champ now.
I also flushed my cooling system. O M G !!! It was totally nasty.
Picture my water pump , the one I Posted the picture here initially.
The thermostat was like that, the gasket totally dissolved. Replaced it all and added Prestone 50/50
Tomorrow is transmission time. I will drain and refill.
Thanks for all you support.

You persevered and you finally succeeded.  With all that you've done to your car yourself, now you're going to love that car more than ever.

Congratulations!
