Ok finished putting in the TSX intake. Scale from 1(easy)to10(Hard) about 3.5-4 Not bad. About 1.5-2 hours less if throttle body gasket comes off without scraping it off.
right off I noticed engine ran smoother then before.
Power increase,,, I am not sure if it did, I have Automatic trans. so that may have something to do with it.
Did it get louder? No. At least not until 5000 rpms but it was not bad. I also still have stock exhaust. Until now the only mod I had done is CAI. You would/will have to replace bracket on bottom of Intake manifold to the shorter TSX bracket.
I did not drive for very long but will update soon.

Have been driving my car with the new intake mani. for a few days now. I have to say I have noticed a boost in power not alot but some. I think this would work better in a standard trans. then an automatic.

this looks like a sweet mod but let me ask first what did you see more performance from the IM or the CAI?

+2 for 03Sleeper. It took me a while to really notice the difference. I can now power around curves a little better but it's not where I want it yet. I Still want new Exhaust and headers. I think I would be very happy then.

This sounds like a great mod, i plan on doing this by the end of next month. I already have so many projects on my plate, my weekend is tied up in my car. So far im repainting the stock headlights, tinting stock tail lights, painting the engine cover, painting the calipers, and mounting strobes.
My question is, what about all the connections on the IM, if there are any? Your engine didnt throw any codes or anything did it?

what color are you painting your engine cover (the small black stip right?) where are you mounting the strobes?

The connections are a direct fit from TSX to Accord. Just need new lower bracket. I did at first get the cel (check engine light) but I disconected the battery for a minute and all is gravy.

Yep. It's noticable to but only slighty in an automatic with stock exhaust.

Im painting both the small black strip and the large piece that covers most of the Im. Im painting the small one black and the small lines are blue. The large one im doing the same thing but im cutting out the part that says 2.4L vtec and placing a small grille. Im also trying to work Fenix in there some where. Havent figured it out yet.
Also cool about the check engine light, ill have to remember that. Thanks
