fyi, those compressed air cans are nowhere near that cold, their only about -25 deg. F, its not liquid CO2, its some long chemical I cant remember, but its alot warmer.

the techniques still work though, but the important part is where the dent is. If its right in the middle of a body panel and isnt really huge or really small, thats perfect. were looking for a few inches of diameter here. If its wrinkled it wont work as well either.

it doesn't matter which order you heat or freeze the dent, just as long as you do one right after the other. I have seen it done both ways

Getting it professionally done costs way too much and if you have the tools necessary you should atleast try it

the compressed air is just that, compressed CO2; the reason it gets cold is a the sudden change in volume and pressure by turning it upside-down. It is still just CO2, but just a lot colder. Unless of course you bought a chemical based compressed air for special cleaning.

I used one of the hot glue pullers in some on my car and I was really surprized at how well it did work . I got a "pops a dent" Wal Mart for $18.88 , but I''ve seen them other places . Others I''ve seen had a releasing agent , that mine did not , and I think that wouldhave helped . I had a hard time getting some of the glue off after the puller came other . I had some dents that were between 4 and 10 inches in diameter and 1 that was across a body line . It had much more power that I thought and put liked a tank , but once the metal is creased it''s creased . All and all , I was very pleased with the results and I think someone that used one of these a few times would get better fast . I did a much better job and got a smoother surface on the last dent I did and it was the worse . IMO , 20 bucks well spent . six
