and after reading all of this......  wouldnt it just be just less of a hassel and cheaper, and end up having more money by quitting?     or you could also put a bullet in your head too..... thats a form of legal suicide ^_^

Quitting wouldn't take the smell out of my house.

Kevin:  Try Ozium FTW.  Orange and mountain fresh are the most tolerable.  Original smells like hand soap, but sickeningly strong and the vanilla smells like play-dough for some reason.

Jon:  you can try it also without bombing the house with it.

Never tried that one, since im pretty desperate i'll try whatever right now... as a fact, he's close to me and just farted what i believe was an atomic bomb (remember hiroshima?) hahaha.... smells bad here! well, i guess i'll always have the option of gas and a match.... i'm about to burn his room...

I just LOL'd at that!  Try Oust air sanitizer and spray it everywhere when he farts.  It's the best air spray I've found yet.  I like the can with the green top.  Spray it all over him so he'll cough and choke and maybe he'll stop farting near you.  If that doesn't work you may need to buy some pepper spray and spray him with that if he farts.  Or a stun gun....but that may make him poo his pants so that could be worse.
Our baby just started making very stinky diapers.  Early on they don't really have much of a smell to them, or they just smell like food or something.  Now they are getting revolting.  My wife and I have almost puked twice.  Especially on the ones where the diaper didn't hold it all in (you don't want to know!)  I now keep the febreeze in the baby's room...

Start putting mouse traps(where he can't see them) around your food in the fridge.  Throw set mouse traps at him when he farts.  If that doesn't work, move up to rat traps.  Then fox traps, bear traps, etc...

good advise guys, ill try some of those traps... besides, he's playing XBox like all day long and at full volume... he doesn't let us study and he forgot to pay the bills... since he didn't have the $$$ we payed the rent this month, he only had to send the $ and he forgot (including electricity, water, internet, ect...)
U guys think we should kick him out?

as for the diaper issue 00Accord, I can tell you from personal experience (I've nearly puked a few times myself, my wife has gotten used to it though), Try Pampers Swaddlers, we almost never had a "blow out" with those and they hold more than they should...

as for the gas, bean-o and gas-x aides in relieving internal gas pressure, via the human exhaust valve so that's far from what you want...

get a few of those time release sprays and put them in the area's he's most commonly in.  Then make him a belt that has one or two air fresheners hanging off it so everytime he farts it blows by the airfreshener first :)

The money, lack of consideration and theft are grounds to kick him out.  Don't even mention the farting other that he doesn't keep himself clean posing a health threat to you and your other roommates.  If he actually does have a medical condition ..... that could easilly be made up for court ..... he could sue you for descrimination.  You have enough grounds to kick him out without getting yourself into a bind, so it's your decision.

OK .... here's a good one ..... I think that I told Spaz about this before ..... buy a 4x8 sheet of plywood, some 2" nails and 6 large bags of Quik-crete.  When he's in the room, nail the plywood to the door, but cut a large hole in it near the top.  Fill the cavity btw his door and the plywood with the concrete...... then let him call the fire dept to get his ass out!!!
