he only interrupts to ask "what's for dinner?" and walks around my room whenever im w/ my gf... she says she feels harrased by him and she no longer wants to come to our house... (a few weeks ago i ran to beat his fat @$$ but my roommates held me down)... he stalks every girl that comes to our house/dorm, including my roomies gfs... im tired... we'll try to get him out by January...

If that's the plan, it's already December ..... you should tell him ASAP that at the end of the month he's done. I'm not saying that he deserves the warning, but it is the right thing to do.

we've been warning him that he was gonna get kicked out by the end of december if he kept up his disgusting ways... and he had his final warning 2 weeks ago... and acts like nothing happened... today, @ 6am we (all 4 of us) had a final meeting and told him he had 2 days to clean everything or he's gone, and stop stalking our gfs as well...
P.S: i've found a dead bird outside, i think that's going into his cereal box tomorrow morning...

I'd avoid it just due to the possible legal implications of a claim that you're trying to harm and/or poison him. Personally I'd tell him to get his crap together or get out, if he doesn't get out I'd grab some boxes, throw his stuff in them and leave them on the doorstep.

Does he have his own toilet? Is there a toilet that he specifically uses in the house, but an extra toilet that the other roommates can use?
If the answer to the above is "yes" somebody should give him an "Upper Decker."

actually there's two bathrooms, but we're supposed to be split into 2 x bath. since my roomie who shares the bath w/ him doesn't wanna do that, we have to share our bath w/ him as well, so he (the stinky one) get a bath for himself. ...John... What's an "upper decker"? sound interesting...
and sir_nasty: he will probably confuse the bird w/ a marshmellow and eat it... should i oil the floor right in front of his room? that would be funny!
