yea the supra, your accord prolly has about 145 hp right now. bolt-ons really hardly do anything.

I thought his F23 has 150hp stock?? Then add 5-10hp for bolt-ons.....??? 160hp i'd say

Yea the F23 has a 150hp stock...at the crank. Not to the wheels.

Yeah that's what I thought... And the 85 Supra has about 160hp at the crank... If there are no bolt-ons on it.

Ok... this race will happen next summer at drag and brag... Ok my 1996 Accord F22b2 by summer will have Cold Air Intake, DC header, A new catback, and a short shifter... plus my car is Manual... I will be racing my friends 95 accord F22b1, with a short ram intake, he said he is not planning to add anything else... his car is an automatic... by then as well ... I will have a CF hood 2

Isn't a Cold Air better than a short ram for a 95? I have one that's more or less identical. However, mines a VTEC Inline 4, which would be important to note, because some of the 95s didn't have VTEC.

EDIT* Do all the F22B1s have VTEC? If thats a given, I apologize.  I do remember the F22B1s are I4s, I had an V6 comment. So, if thats so, I apologize, however, the Cold Air intake question is valid. I don't know what he's pushing either? 150-155 BHP?

Sounds like the Manual might have it, I guess J_Man's right, whoever's the better driver will probably win, even if the 95 is mash-n-go

For the F22 the B1 head is VTEC and B2 is non-VTEC

For 94-97 4 cyl Accords:
EX model - 145hp vtec
Anything else (LX, DX, SE) - 130 hp non-vtec

The V6 came out in 95 with the C27 V6 which makes 170hp.
