RE: old motor + turbo ='s - 12/5/2007 9:25:42 AM    falkore24 Posts: 5545 Joined: 8/16/2007 From: Wayne, NJ Status: offline He means that you find the best prices on all of the individual parts.  Turbo, BOV, turbo timer if needed (my autostarter/alarm can provide this function), oil cooler, oil lines, maybe a baffled or cooled oil pan, intercooler, air plumbing, AF controls, turbo controls, etc. vs. a kit with everything ..... if you go the kit route, sometimes the intercooler and piping is included and sometimes not, sometimes they include E-Manage for the ECU, etc.     There are all sorts of accessories and you need to be familiar with what is available to be sure that you get what you want.
