clean the tracks, then lube them. Alcohol, a sponge and paper towels.

Alcohol, a sponge and paper towels. if this does not help you might have to replace the run channels, Another thing you can try is to move the run channel guides a bit apart,, need to remove the door panel to do so, but loosen up the 10mm bolt at bottom of guides and push them a bit toward frt of car ( frt guide ) and back ( rear guide ) this will give window a bit more play .. DO NOT spread them too much apart or window will go up a bit crooked specially at top of tracks

Since this guy is being a jackoff, I'm highjacking this thread... My 95 LX has the same problem and the wipers run slow also. I have cleaned the window tracks but I think the multiple motors running slow is related. My little battery tester/charger says that the battery and alternator are fine, though I don't totally trust that. Load detection was also tested in accordance (no pun intended) with a Haynes manual and checked ok. Has anyone else had this problem?

try the accessories while giving the car a little gas. It sounds like your battery is on it's way out. If you don't really trust your tester, Autozone can load test your charging system and battery and I believe it's free.

It is definitely worse at idle. honda671-Make sure your window channels, and the windows themselves, are completely clean. Then spray all the rubber with silicone. Then have your battery and alternator tested. Once you have corrected the problem, post back with the solution so it will come up in a search for others who may have this problem in the future. And please be more respectful when you do. Thanks guys.

could also be a bad ground. Check the battery for corroded terminals, maybe sand down the terminals / connectors a lil to clean all the crap off them. Also check your grounds like I said before. While your at it, chillax man.
