problem after timing belt change - 9/28/2008 3:20:06 AM    rbalmas2   Posts: 1 Joined: 11/15/2005 Status: offline Hello all.. was wondering if anyone could help me out with a little problem. I have a 2001 accord ex. auto.  em.. i had the timing belt changed recently and since then when stepping on the gas it seems like the engine is trying too hard. and now sounds like I had put a new exhaust in. like a deep growling sound. Seems like its laking power. somewhat like its starting in a higher gear or something. or somewhat like something is too tight in there somwhere..  this make sense at all? TIA Post #: 1

I don''t know for sure, but it doesn''t seem unlikely that this might result in a different exhaust note.
