Status: offline 		is 1.3 inch larger diameter rim/tire combo too much? will it affect ABS?

Status: offline 		what year/trim are you putting them on? To the best of my knowledge that shouldn't affect your abs at all, your speedometer will probably be thrown off a touch though...
