which springs go where - 4/17/2006 10:03:04 AM    octave236   Posts: 11 Joined: 4/17/2006 Status: offline A friend of mine gave me a set of neuspeed springs for a 97 v6 accord. but I dont know which springs are the front or back. havent looked at the accord to see anything obvious but I've tried searching while I'm at work and didnt find any thing that helped. Two have a small diameter and really stiff the other two have a bigger diameter with more space between each coil till the bottom or top then the ciols get really tight. hope someone can help thanks. Those go on the front, the reason being they are a bit stiffer to handle the extra weight of the engine. If you could post part #'s someone may be able to confirm this better but I would be willing to bet that the thicker metal coils are taller and go on the front. (in reply to octave236) Post #: 2
