1990 Accord EX 4 dr. Have a window that needs to be replaced. Passenger rear. I was hit and replaced the entire door of my vehicle. However, now i want to change the windows out becuase of tinting. So my original door is off the car (no power) and i wnat to get that window out. As well as remove the window from the door that is on my car. The panel is off the door with no power. But I still cannot figure how to remove the window. Does it need to be powered up and in the down position to get the window out? Do you need a special tool or something? And when installing, do you need anything special or does it just bolt on the frame??? AND....how bout the little triangle window. Is that a DIY project or does it require taking to a window shop??? Thanks in advance....

Usually those windows are mounted into the track using an adhesive (gorilla snot is the one I've normally heard of) you need to get the window into a position where you can see the track that it sits in, then you may be able to use a razor blade or something of that nature to carefully seperate the window from the track, then replacement is the same as removal except you'll need some of that glue to install it/hold it in place
