Both driver and passenger sides have the same problem. The upper corner of the inner door seal is separating from the inner door frame. I would like to get them right and glue them back permanently. It seems like the frame that holds the rubber has shrunk, or pushed out of place from the door open and closing. I figure that the weatherstrip needs to be removed from the entire door and then re-installed correctly.
Has anyone fixed this? how did you do it, and how long did it last.

 

You can get a nice bunch of that from your local autoparts store. I got some for my car there for about $30. Diff stores carry diff stuff. So if silicone or glue won't hold you can get it locally in most cases.
