1999 accord coupe rusty wheel arches{no panels made??}

I just picked up a 99 accord 2dr with a bit of rust repair needed on front half of rear quarter arches into the rockers. I cant seem to find any company making patch panels or even full quarters for the 1998-02 bodystyle...anyone know of any????? thanks!:(:shrug:
