Someone hit our 2004 Accord in a parking lot and was courteous enough to leave without so much as a note... I have buffed out the bumper cover and removed the paint transfer, but the bumper cover itself is still a bit out of whack.

Below the driver's side rear taillight, the bumper cover seems to have broken its clips or retainers. (Please see the attached images)

Does anyone know what type of clips or retainers the rear bumper uses? Most efficient way to inspect and remedy the situation?
