Aftermarket hood
Hello all.
Any suggestions on some good websites to find aftermarket hoods? I don't need to go all out with carbon fiber or anything like that, I'm just looking for one that's different then the plain stock. I have an autopac claim so I thought I'd go a little different. Thanks |
Why not just get a hood scoop? Or you are you totally set on a new hood?

I got hail damage so my insurance is replacing the hood no matter what so I thought I might as well get something a little different.
So I thought I'd see what kind of options are out there. Thanks |
i cant really help unless you provide information about your car.

Your only gonna find a non-OEM style hood in carbon fiber... prices range from $350-$1500. If you get a cheaper one, I recommned sanding it down to the fiber and re-clearing the hood with a quality clear coat a few times to insure it doesn't peel and fade within a year.

A CF hood for $350?! Must be complete crap, a CF hatch for an R/C boat cost $200 plus...
