CD5 Love
 

Hey, guys just Joined but have been Reading threads for years and thought I'd share some of the love I've been doing/planning for my 95' 4-door CD5.


First and Foremost was the f23a1 swap, recently added some of the info to a thread on the topic.


Second was the Manual trans swap. By Far worth the time and I love the look of a Manual Shifter sitting in the Console. Planning on changing up the assembly will post when I finally get around to it.


Third and One of My Favorites for not only looks but ease of brake maintenance was my 5 lug swap. OMG! do I love it, I used factory fat five 2001 4 door accord rims 99 prelude Front spindle assembles (Outer Tie rod Mount is different due to the mounting, swap the Outer Tie Rod side for side and flip them over.)
Rear was CD7 Rear Spindles. (Basic Bolt-On)


In The future, I plan to do some engine work...
(F22a6 head, k20a2 pistons, h23 intake manifold, and chip p06 Ecu For the possibility of a high compression- 11.3:1 Minor Turbo Build; 3-7psi with a Mitsubishi TD04HL-14T I have laying around...


Weight Reduction, including stripping dash and building custom, Rear seat redesign, Carpets, etc.


And Some Performance Air Lift Bags for better ride performance and looks.


And I'm sure LOADS more.
