Default DDM tuning HID kit

So i ordered my HID kit on december 18th. It didnt come until january 4th partially because of the holiday and the ballasts were out of stock, but i wasnt all too upset about that.

The kit is very professional, far better than the ebay ones you find.

however on 5th gen accords it is not exactly plug and play. the positive and negative on the kit are opposite that on the car, so you have to do some splicing and such. My friend and I have spent almost all night doing this and it is now 1:30am.

Looking back the passenger side was far easier, as there is far more room to work with, you are hard pressed to even find a place to mount the ballast and ignitor on the driver side.

However it is still a very nice kit, as the quality other than the fact they got the positive and negative messed up(it may work on other cars without any work but not on 5th gen accords).

I would definitly recommend it as with shipping and lifetime warrenty you can get it for $170ish.

Just take your time and be patient with the instalation.

pics will be up tomorrow i am just far too tired to take them right now.

I dont know, as I havent compared it to any other 9006 car. but the splicing isnt hard, just cut the 2 wires going to the stock light, and switch them so the black is pos and red is neg.

they use their own brand.

update:havent had any problems other than only one ignited once, but just shut them off and turned them back on and they both worked(think that was because it was extremely cold that day)

havent had any problems with people flashing their high beams or anything
