It just popped into my head so go easy: What baout painting the inside of your wheel wells to match your exterior paint? My car is the naples gold... wouldn't it be kinda cool/different to peek in there and see wheel wells completely gold? This has duplicolor written all over it I think. But I DEF. wanna hear your opinions. Anyone else think of this?

I think the kind of plastic used in the wheel wells wont hold the paint that well...just my 2 cents

 

Even if you could get it to hold the paint it would chip like mad because of all the rocks, sand etc on the road... I think it may look kinda neat for a few days but then it's going to get beat to crap...

 

Yeah, very true. Wouldn't that be sweet tho... like a scratch resistant fiberglass wheel wells color matched. Thanks, I guess it's gonna be staying in the "dreams" section. Funny how that list just keeps getting longer....[sm=smiley24.gif]

 

dont forget tar..... tar is always wonderful on a car and its wheel wells

 

it might be nice when you first paint them good enough for a photo op just be prepared for it to be chipped and dirty pretty soon

 

I've seen some vw bugs with rims like that and it looks alright, I think it depends on the car.
