Default HID Conversion, but which bulbs?

I would like to do an HID conversion on my 2007 EX 4cyl 2 door. I have been looking on websites such as hidnation.com, that have a large amount of bulb types listed on the left hand column of their homepage. It seems like an H1 or H4 bulb/kit might be the best for me, but I'm not sure. Also, I was planning on buying 5,000K.

Any ideas or help?? Are some bulbs brighter or more reliable than others?

Thanks!

Get the bulbs that match the stock bulb size for your headlights. I have an 02 LX and I got 8000K HID's for it. The main difference with the temperatures of the bulbs are the colors they emit; however, the higher the temperature of the bulb, the less useable light they emit. Different sites will tell you different things such as 3000k emits the most light, or that 8000k emits the most. Personally, I can only vouch for my 8000k's. They suit my needs just fine. The dims cause just about everyone that passes me to flick on their brights. Also, I got the slim ballast option. Again, there it's simply personal preference along with how much room you have around your headlight assembly. I hope this was helpful. Goodluck.

You have to get the bulbs that match your headlights. Look in the back of the light where the bulb attaches, and it should say what kind you have (H4, H3, 9006, 9005, etc.). Then that is the kind of bulbs you buy.

As far as light output. 4300K is the best, and very close to stock in color. 5000K is pure white, and my favorite.

Your low beams I think are 9006.

No problem. Ya I think they stayed the same size for a while. As long as you dont have aftermarket headlights then that should be the size.

what about buying a canceller or a relay? some sites reccomend both. has anyone actually needed an canceller or a relay to draw power directly from the battery?
