I installed HID on my Accord 2001 ex i think im missing something am i suppose to have relays some and am i suppose to plug the fuse somewhere from my kit all i did was the wiring harness to the igniter and the lights thru the power from the car it looks like the HID i installed could be brighter when i turn on the lights it goes really bright for like 1 second and then it dims down n goes back on brighter will someone please tell me if theres anything wrong with this thanks

hmm i get it now without the relay im drawing double as much power for the first 5 secs that makes the first 5 secs brighter but does it harm my hid in anyway ....
