Default Mark on bumper

I realized today that it looks like somebody rubbed their bumper against my front bumper. It looks like just a surface thing, I was looking at the Meguiars X scratch stuff, think that will work?? If not, any ideas? Thanks.

How deep/ bad is it? Normally a qwick fix product wont do the trick, but if its a small scuff it will do the trick, I have heard alot of good things about the Meguiars scratch removal, go ahead and give it a try.

It kinda just looks like paint from the other persons car, but I'm really not sure because I didn't want to play with it too much. My mom looked at it, actually she noticed it, she thought maybe it could be buffed out. If I try the Meguiars stuff and it doesn't work it shouldn't make it harder to get it out another way should it?? Thanks!

You can use these green scrub thing to scrub it off but i must tell you be careful and dont scrub it too hard. If you do it right it might get some of that mark off.
