Painful neck from Headrest Head restraint
 

My wife has neck issues. We spent a lot of time narrowing down on cars that we like, get decent mileage, can fit all the kiddos, etc. and are the proud purchasers of a 2013 Accord EX.
And everytime she rides for more than 20 minutes in the passenger seat, her neck is KILLING her, from the incredibly uncomfortable position it is forced into.
Any ideas or recommendations on adjustments, pads, aftermarket head restraints, etc.?
