Painting my Accord

I've been contemplating painting my 02 Accord for a while now, but last weekend a deer hit me, forcing me to have to get a new bumper, headlight assembly, and right front rocker panel. Given this, I figured now was the best time to do it.

I have a red 02 Accord V6 sitting on 17" white Acura TL wheels. My tail lights are blacked out and my emblems are plasti dipped white. I was thinking about either shooting it black, orange, or a Mizzou yellow.

My question is, how much paint do I need, how much clear coat, primer, what all do I need to do to prep it. I'm planning on doing the prep work myself, with my uncle doing the painting.
Also, opinions on the color scheme I'm looking at are welcome.

There are many youtube videos on all aspects of car painting. It is a demanding and tedious task. I painted once, never again.

good luck
