Speedometer Color
I have a 2004 Accord. I would like to know if anyone knows of a way to change the speedometer color to like a cool blue? Instead of the yucky lime green that it comes with. I really don't want a whole new one, maybe just a slight change to the coloring?

RE: Speedometer Color
I have two threads on just this on two different forums. Unless you have excellent soldering skills you will not be able to solder SMD LEDs, all you can do is apply a tint to change the light color.

RE: Speedometer Color
i have changed my speedometer to a white one, looks nice, at night i can choose from two colors Blue, or green, as well as with a switch to dim or brighten the lights in the backround of the speeedometer. I got it couple years back cost me about $150- 200 intalled, dont know how much there going fornow, do some research, i dont think theres any way of painting it,(i wouldn't want to anywayz) you have to change it, but its a nice little add on to the mods

Well I just replaced the speedometer bulbs in my 240sx with green LED bulbs. It's just a matter of finding out what bulbs to buy that fit your car. My 240sx took 194 bulbs but I don't know what accords take.... Heres a pic of my green leds...
