Default Splash Guards - Worth it?

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. I was just wondering what people's opinions were on splash guards. I have a brand new 2007 4dr Honda Accord SE 4cyl Automatic. I've been contemplating buying splash guards for my car but I recently bought a Honda car cover and upon examining it, realized that it wouldn't be worth the headache of putting it on and taking it off on a daily basis. So I'm going to return it for a 20% restocking fee. Does anybody out there have any feedback on their experience with splash guards?

Thank you.

Personally, I think it's worth it. It protects the body from the dirt, especially the mud. Plus it's not that expensive. You can get it from http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...artsSearch.jsp
Good luck on it!

Thanks for your feedback, kevinyu1115. Although I found a better price for them at this place:

Since I am returning the car cover, I can get that and something else in exchange to avoid getting the 20% restocking fee. I'll still have to eat the shipping to and from them. But the good thing about this place (besides the cheapest prices I've found on the net) is the more you buy at the same time, the less the shipping cost is spread over the individual items.

I agree that they are worth it. Aside (to me) from looking nice they are indeed functional.

I'm defiantly going to have to get a pair of those on my car. They've been doing construction in my neighborhood for while and the bumper behind the rear wheels is covered in white mud. I'm glad I saw these, I think they're completely worth it.

Have them on the HA car and also on the 2 H Sonata's also, they all blend right in with the cars lines.
