06 Accord 6 CD player not reading/playing

I have a 6 disc CD player in my 06 Accord and it has stopped reading/playing any CD's.(ligit CD's) Very occassionally it will read for a little while then stop. An idea how to fix it? I have used a cd lens cleaner but now that wont play.
