1994 Honda Accord Lx help?
 

Where is the +12 volt ignition wire for the stereo, it's Yellow with red stripes, but i only found the red with yellow stripe one and its connected to the right rear speaker, is honda just messing with me? i dont even see it in there, is it another color?

Notice on that page it says "typical" wire color, not all cars have the same colored wires. I hope you didn't just go and cut the plug off the harness, if you did your in for a lot of wiring stripping and checking for voltage. If you still have the plug on the harness, forget about the wire color and point the harness towards your self. Locate the pin hole labeled as "D" in that diagram on the plug, then that wire will be your ignition wire.

If you did cut the harness off, hopefully you left enough wire on it so you can identify the color and marking. While the actual wire colors can vary, the harness pin out will not, so use that as your guide. If that is the only wire you can not locate you can always just tap into the ignition wire either at the fuse box or ignition.
