2002 Honda Accord SE LED Conversion
Could anyone inform me the size bulbs I will need in order to convert my car's lights to LED lights. Also where is a reputable vendor to buy from? Lastly, which is better LED or SMD LED? Obviously I am new to this so any information will help.

my opinion, just keep the lights abd assemblies oem, honda has done a good job of mixing there assemblies with body style, just my 2 cents. modern lighting with older cars can make or break appearance and performance

the bulb types in the gauge cluster are pretty specific, they rotate in place and have a specific back-piece. the LED retrofits i've seen were done by soldering LED's in place of bulbs and adding SMD resistors for the required drop. End result can be great, but very time consuming.
These are examples of stock gauge cluster bulb locations/types: 1998 02 Honda Accord Bulb Kit for Speedometer Instrument Cluster Dash Gas Temp | eBay 1998 02 Honda Accord 4 Bulb Kit for Indicator Dash Check Engine Turn Signal | eBay or are you talking about courtesy lighting? 2pcs HID White 168 194 T10 921 LED Bulbs Side Under Door Courtesy Lights 07 | eBay White LED Door Courtesy Light 6 SMD Easy Fit Bulbs T10 194 168 2825 Qty 2 | eBay SMD LED's are typically much brighter with more output than T5 or T3 LED's, but also more expensive. so choose based on your desired output. |
basically, you want a kit like this:

Thank you for your informative reply.
