2008 accord ipod adapter recommendations

Purchased a 2008 EX accord for my wife, want to have an ipod adapter (instead of aux port already in the center console). I am looking at:
[ul][*] neo pro link[*] Dice I-HONDA-R4 "Silverline" [*] Usa Spec
[/ul]

My wife wants steering wheel control and these 3 seem to be the only ones that do it. We do not have the navigation system installed. I have read mixed info on all different forums and just wanted straight answers from 08 accord owners.

1. Which one performs the best as Ive read the Dice is "laggy" when pushing steering wheel buttons?
2. Do they show text on the display embedded in the dash?
4. I have read that you have to disconnect the XM antenna, but we dont have xm installed or anything I dont think unless its there by default.
5. Exactly what does the unit plug into in the deck? Do I undo the aux that runs to the center console?

Anything else I should know?

P.S. I have installed the blitzsafe adapter for my 04 4runner a few years ago so I've done this before but back then they were about the only good brand and its gotten alot more complex since then to pick an adapter!

The EX doesnt have the XM by default, it started in the EX-L and EX-L V6. Keep us updated im interested in what your doing.

I'm looking at a 4 cylinder 09 Accord coupe with MT and Nav, but you apparently can't get it with Honda's USB audio interface, which looks like a great solution for iPod connectivity.

Am I wrong that the USB audio interface is available on just about every other Honda, including the Civic?

Sux!! What's up with that?
