2010 parking brake switch wire

I have a 2010, no factory nav or dual zone climate. I'm installing a Kenwood DNN770HD double din nav, and I need to know which wire is the parking brake switch harness wire.

From the limited info I've found online, I spliced into a light greenish/almost blueish wire in the area of the parking break. Is that the right one?

My nav isn't allowing me to enter any text via the on screen keyboard, and it errors with 'parking brake'. I put the brake up and still nothing. So I'm not sure I have the correct wire.

So if anyone could tell where/what color the parking brake switch harness wire is, or perhaps a link to a diagram or tutorial I'd be much obliged.

I've moved this to the audio section, I think you'll find better answers here.......I only know to turn the knob to the right and it gets loud....to the left and less loud :)

there should only be two wires going to the parking brake. test the wire to find the positive. that will be the wire.

It is the LT GRN wire at the 1P connector at the parking brake switch located at the center console. The switch itself is grounded to the chassis.
