2013 Accord Audio Anomaly
Hi all, we have experienced an issue on two separate 2013 Accords, both EX-L.
While driving, the audio system hangs and becomes unresponsive. Both the steering wheel controls and the touch screen do nothing. Once the presets reset to default for a brief period then returned to our settings. Another time it froze but you could see the volume bar on the display go up and down while turning the **** but no sound. Powering off the audio system and back on fixed one issue. On my way to work this morning I tried to replicate the problem by pressing every conceivable combination of source and preset. My phone is linked, Galaxy SIII, so Pandora is available. XM is also active. The times that it locked up are when my wife's iPhone 5 is the primary phone sync'ed. Just thought about that one. Hmmmmm.....I guess I will try to replicate the issue just using her phone. If anyone has any others suggestions, please, don't be bashful.

I drove around all day today with my GSIII with no issues. 20 minutes after sync'ing the iPhone 5 the audio system locked up again. It was stuck on one radio station and I could control the volume but not change change channels. I could switch sources to XM but no stations were visible. Switching to Pandora, the a message indicated no phone available but you could see the phone stats in the upper right corner of display. Fortunately I took video of the whole thing so the dealership can deal with it if necessary.

interesting. is your GS3 also active at the same time - causing the radio to confuse which it should communicate with?
Honda couldn't predict the iPhone5 when it made your car. who knows what's going on inside that thing.

Just got mine today,2013 CT EX-L w/nav, possible similar issues
I have a iphone 5 which paired easily but for some reason it seems that I can't hear the sound on phone calls intermittently. The person I called told me later he heard me fine as my daughter and I were yelling "hello, hello...". Also, noticed that I didn't hear the phone ringing at that time.
Not sure if this is similar to what you're describing but seems to be some audio issues w/iphone 5 and new Accord.

We are still having the issue but it is intermittent. There does not seem to be a pattern. It will go several days w/o issue then BAM, all we get is one station and volume control. Stopping and starting (rebooting) the car seems to be the only fix at this point.
