2013 Honda Accord EX-L, cant get amp/sub to work in car correctly

So I have been online checking forums and calling different stereo shops and my problem is this, I put new focal speakers in my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, new sub woofer and new amp. after 2 months going back and forth with AL and Ed's auto sound, the amp/subs go off in four loud noices for about 2 secs each. (Sub blasts at max four times 2 secs each, sometimes its worse) The last time I took it in they said that its the noise cancelling from the handsfree mic's. I was hoping to post this and see in anyone with a brand new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L had a way to get past it or fix my problem so far Ive heard a kill switch for the mics?

there is a sticky on how to bypass or disconnect the anc mics at the top of this forum.

yep, once you bypass the ANC system that should help. you are experiencing feedback. The shop should have done that before anything was connected. You'll be lucky if damage hasn't been done to your new gear already.
