2014 Accord Touring Sub Woofer Question..
Hey guys, I recently received the new 2014 Honda Accord Touring edition and so far the car has been great. Everything has exceeded my expectations except for this rattle the stock subwoofer is causing. I removed all the loose items within the car and I found that the rattling was coming from the protector or shield (sorry not a car person) of the sub woofer. All this would be located in the middle behind the back seats. Would anyone be able to help me out to get rid of or reduce this rattling? Thanks in advance:)

weather stripping. you could put it on as a buffer between where the grill touches the rest anything.

Since the car is still new and it's the stock subwoofer, schedule an appointment to have the dealer look at it.

Yeah scheduling an appointment would probably be the best option and after extensively researching this problem it would probably need more insulation (or buffer) as neophyte said. Thanks for the replies :)

a closed cell foam/rubber weatherstripping and/or closed cell foam (CCF) sheets with a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) can isolate parts from rattling. (Ensolite with PSA can be purchased from Raamaudio)
