Accord 2003 euro/japan model navigation/radio probblems

I bought this Honda accord 2003 used from a guy who bought it from japan and imported it to Kenya. I have had it close to two years and it is in top condition. one time battery contact got lose and when I fixed it the radio/ navi display showed a green strip with some Japanese writings on it. I can not reset it using the navi DVD as mine is scratched and I don't have the radio code. With this problem I cant use my digital meter and I cant set my radio well...
1. Who can assist me acquire a new DVD copy even in Japanese for the sake of resetting?
2 how can I get my Navi to work again or just the display should I not find the DVD?
Thanks in advance for your responses

Sounds like you are needing the code. A dealership should be able to help you out with getting the needed code(s).

Thanks a lot poorman212 for your response. Do you have any Idea how to get it from a dealer or what I need to have? In my country (Kenya) we don't have a Honda dealer anymore but am currently in France and could try find any dealership here but need to know what would be required to get the code without having the car on the ground as it is back in Africa..:(

we have a sticky on error code E and the process is the same. use the VIN from the vehicle where the radio originated. you can call Honda corporate and nail down a number that serves that type of car.
