Adding an Amp and Sub to 2013 Accord stock radio

I just purchased a 2013 Accord LX (manual) last week. My previous car was a 2009 Altima, and I had a stereo system put in it (had the stock stereo removed). I took my amp and sub when we traded in the vehicle. I previously had a 2004 accord, and I had an amp and sub installed on the stock stereo, and it was HORRIBLE! There was a constant noise when the car was on coming from the sub, so I had the stock stereo removed and put in a new deck, and that fixed everything (SOOO much nicer). I was wondering if I can have the amp and sub installed on the stock stereo of my 2013 Accord without any problems. I love the bluetooth and all the technology of the stock stereo, it just needs some "umph". I'm not looking to bump the neighborhood or anything, just some nice base. Can this be done with out ruining the stock stereo controls and stuff? Have the stock stereos changed so that it won't sound horrible if I do this? Can Honda do this install so that it won't affect the warranty? I'm a little scared to take it to my normal stereo place just because of the new technology and bluetooth stuff. Any feedback or suggestions would be great (I am not looking to do this myself, just wondering if it's possible). Thanks!

a few challenges come up. new Honda's have an Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) system. there are two microphones (up front near overhead lights and in the rear). they need to be disconnected to run a sub. not a big deal, we have a thread on here showing how-to and where to cut wires so bluetooth is maintained.

tapping the front speaker wires and feeding a good quality OEM interface - like a processor or a good LOC (David Navone Engineering) is a valid concept and can work. but the amp should be high quality to prevent noise issues.

I'm new to the Accord forum and found this thread. I plan on buying a 2013 Accord EX-L with the standard audio system. Ideally, I want to remove the factory system in replace it with an Alpine head unit and JL Audio amps. All the speakers and wiring would be replaced as well. Looks like my search for dash kits from Metra and Scosche are coming up short. Has anybody put a full aftermarket system in the current generation Accord?
