Adding XM to 2003 Accord V6
 

Hi All,
I'm new to this forum and sorry if this question is redundant but a search didn't turn up anything...
I have a 2003 Accord EX V6 (no nav) and am considering adding an aftermarket XM unit. Current radio has no XM capabilities as far as I can see. A local car audio shop seems to be offering a good solution using the XMCommanderMT mounted (using a bracket) in the compartment below the radio. It’s a small unit that will connect via an FM modulator inline with the antenna. Can use the AUX input to the radio but it will cost significantly more. ~$260 is the price installed which seems very reasonable. Best Buy and Circuit City were both useless and suggested double sided tape to the dash.
Any feedback or suggestions for other solutions? I’ve seen
