advice on fog light install
 

Recently I ran into a guy who had a fog light kit, LF-ACD032AMOEM-RS. He said he bought it for his previous 2004 accord, but never installed. I looked it up. It says for 2004-2005 accord. The car I would install it to is a 2005 accord 2 door, 2.4l. It is my girlfriends car, so I thought I would get it. $35, I figured it wouldnt hurt to try. It did not come with instructions, but I now see that there is quite a bit of work to get the bumper off to install, etc. I do all the mods on my chevy 3/4 ton, but with this car, of course it is a much smaller vehicle to deal with. First thing I noticed is I will have to cut out the blanks that are in the fog light space on the bumper, being that the car does not come with fog lights. is there anything special i need to do? I also measured the outside shroud of the fog lights vs the blank in the bumper. the difference is the fog light shroud is bout 3/4" longer than the blank. will they still fit in correctly? possibly in front of the bumper? if anybody has any experience with this kit, your advice is greatly appreciated. I just wanna make sure I am working with the correct kit before I get started. thank you in advance. im sure yall will like to have a sig so i have more car info. i will do that as soon as i post this up.

the other question though, does anybody know anything about this light kit to give me a positive review, or should i just get rid of it?

I wish I could help with the last question but I really don't know.
