Air bag light

Default Air bag light

Hello

I have a 1994 honda accord and just recently the air bag light has come on and stays on and i cant work out whats wrong with it. Ive checked the fuse and that is ok was just wondering where the airbag sensor would be if anyone knows?? Also has anyone ever had this problem b4 and what did they do to fix it???

you mean the SRS lite correct??? you need to read the code and post it here.........
also have you replaced or disconnected the battery lately?? if so the srs lite will come on,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

try something ,, in our DIY section there is a post on HOW TO CLEAR srs lite,,,,,,clear the lite , drive the car and see if it comes back on,, if it does read the code and post it here ,, with lite on air bags WILL NOT deploy should you get in an accident ,,it is a safety issue , you should take care of it ASAP..

Can anyone explain why disconnecting the battery for routine maintenance or replacement would set the SRS light? That's just not right!
