Audio Anomaly, Need Help!

2004 Honda Accord Coupe V6 MT (no navi)
My problem is that the signal for my driver side door speaker is somehow getting to my right rear speaker. When I isolate forward left I get right rear also. When I isolate Right Rear I get forward left also. I have removed the driver door panel and disassembled the dash. The signals should be:
LF (+) Grn/Blk
LF (-) Light Green
RR (+) Pink
RR (-) Blue/Yellow

I can see the correct color wires at both the door and RR. I checked with a multimeter and the signal for the light green and grn/blk is getting continuity to both door and RR. There is no continuity from the pink and blue/yellow to the RR.

Do these cross somewhere else? Any ideas on where to start looking?

Here are a few photos I took this afternoon. Does the wiring for the Right rear run along the left side? I can see where it come out it looks like it does.

did you buy the car new?
did you cut the factory harness and put in that one?
or was all of this done before you got the car?

I bought used. The previous owner had done some aftermarket stuff but I'm not sure what. For the door speaker the previous owner had used a quick splice at the door and it had gone bad so I repaired that splice. As far as the head unit goes, I'm not sure if that is factory or not.

That is most likely your culprit. If you select one thing with the tuner and get something else from the speakers. I would bet the wires at the tuner are crossed/hooked up wrong. Not a big deal if you can pull the tuner, with any luck you should be able to google which are the correct wires for that tuner.

I think I wasn't clear. There was aftermarket work done but the head unit is factory. (ground cable in the trunk indicates a possible box/subs previously) The first picture is the harness that goes to the factory head unit. I am unsure if the harness is the original or a replacement. There are no problems there with the wiring from what I can see. I was looking for a different place where people commonly try to splice into speaker wiring where those lines may be crossed.

I have been digging further into the dash to try and follow the wires back to see where they go.

that is not stock. it is the stock harness, but honda does not use but connectors. he probably messed something up somewhere down the line in the wires.
