what's up? first post up on HAF.....

Ive recently bought a 2004 Accord Ex Coupe, i've done a few unique changes to it (which i'll be posting pictures of soon), but about a week ago i bought a HID kit to hook up with my projection headlights, only problem since the day of install is that whenever i turn on the HIDs my radio dash light dims considerably : (
I dunno if anyone else have had this problem with their car, but i've taken it back to the tech who installed them and he checked the connections, wirings, fuses but so far everything has checked out ok, keep in mind that before i got the HIDs installed, when i turned on my headlights the radio dash light neve dimmed, that's why i'm convinced that it has something to do wit the HID kit........
I dunno if i need a new battery, but my battery checked out fine after testing it out, all the fuses in my fuse box are working fine and none of them are burned out, HID kit wiring and connection is correct and the HID works fine, aside from the current problem, so i dunno if i need a new alternator that produces more power, or if it's just something wrong with my dash.
