I got a pioneer cd headunit for 20 bucks at the swap meet today, works good, my car only came with front sony xplodes those speakers sound really good, i got two 12s, and an amp from my dad, im gonna get them hooked up prettygood, then it will be far less silent to drive..

I will, it sounds really good for me only having the 20 bucks for the headunit invested, but its not show quality, and not top dollar, but I like it

i hear bad things about the sony xplod series.
mostly the amps, but i hear their devices seem to blow earlier than others and have a much lower rms that listed.

man...wish I woulda joined here sooner...I have a spare Pioneer deck, a couple of amps (a kenwood and a MTX) some spare subs....I seem to collect stereo equipment up!!! LMAO

although lately I have invested in my home stereo and liking how that is sounding right now
