Default i can help with speaker box designs for your car!!

well im rather new to the fourm and since i have a skill that i belive most can use i would offer my help when needed. i am not a professional audio installer but i do an awful lot. i can custom design you a sub box that is either ported or sealed tuned to the music that you like to listen to the most, for the subs that you will be useing in the car. each sub likes a different box and tuneing and i can help you get a box in that range of niceness...i dont normaly build boxes and sell them online due to shipping costs, building them is easy to me and normaly in a honda a ported box doesnt cost no more than 40-50 dollars to build plus paint or carpet/covering.....
well here are a few pictures of the boxes i have built (mainly ones for my own use i dont have permission from the owners of the other boxes to put em up so ill only use my own)
and so mods know this isnt a (box builder for hire thread) im only offering help for those whom dont realy know where to start or how to really build one. so this could also be a stickie for further reff. for new comers...
i wont paste the picture due to sizes but here are direct links to my pictures in my photobucket account

Awesome! I want to be a master installer one day.... I transfer to a tech school next year to learn some stuff.... those are nice boxes... I build one with a friend about 5 months ago and I used fleece and fiberglassed it down.... Im not sure if he paintedbecause im no master painter... :P he actually joined the marines and was stationed Camp Pendleton, California..

hmmm .... that's a good idea to use fleece. I just got brass matting and casting plastic to do the corners of my rear armrest box.

The thing with fleece is that you can work it really well as far as stretching and the fact that it is a fabric, it holds the fiberglass really well.... I used my uncles tools and I will try to make one for the Accord in early spring... unless Christmasbringssendssome tools!

yea for fiberglass fleece is the cheapest and imo the best base fabric to use, it forms rather well and once hardend its solid and doenst require too many more coats of resin to finish , but if you have more fine sharp lines in the design i like to use something with more spandex content so its thiner and holds the sharp edeges alot nicer than fleece but it does take more resin and glass mat/chop to make it stronger
