Ipod and Bluetooth solutions for 2007 accord
I have a 2007 accord hybrid, with gps navigation and voice assist. I have checked the pac-audio and usa-spec websites for ipod and bluetooth solutions and they run on the websites from $75-$150.
I then decided to call a local usa-spec dealer here in san antonio and they estimated the cost of the parts at $310 then an additional 60 to install. I was quoted at 150 for the auxiliary parts and 150-160 additional for the blutooth. The guy said that the auxiliary parts have to be installed to install the bluetooth. I was under the impression that this was going to cost 150-200. Is the local dealer taking me for a ride? On the pac-audio website there is a "bluetooth & cell-phone integration kit" for 79.95! Pac-Audio.com Product Details | iPod Integration for your car and More by Pac-Audio - Connecting you to the future Is this all I would need? What should I read before attempting to do it myself? Thanks in advance! PS im new to this forum so links to related archived material would be appreciated! |
