Need advice for running power wire

Thats my set up I have a boss wiring kit and a converter for RCAs to existing sub in car so I dont have to take apart dash. What would you all suggest is the best way to run power wire? I was thinking I would Find existing wires that run to trunk and using a fishing line to go through it then duct tape power wire and pull it through. What do you guys think? And correct me if im wrong but all i have to do is ground it connect speakers and im good to go?

You cannot fish with stock wires the way you want. 4awg power wire (what you should have) is bulky. they are zip tied, taped, loomed, and sealed at the firewall. You need to get in there, remove some panels and factory sound barriers and expose the firewall. You can look for a stock grommet to use, there are usually some on the firewall above the gas pedal, most of the way up. Removing the lower drivers knee panel allows easy access. To remove this you usually need to remove some of the center console/pocket trim. it is held with screws and clips, typically. Any firewall penetrations require a grommet to protect the wire from a metal edge.

Us zip ties and split loom in the engine pagan to protect and secure the power wire. Put the in-line fuse holder as close to the battery as possible, it too needs to be secured in-place.

What is the model number of your amp kit. Boss kits are pretty cheesy and overrated. You want true 4awg wire.

Disconnect any ANC mics.

Remove factory sub to make a path for air. It will also sound better without it now that you have larger subs.
